RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY


INDIVIDUAL:


Reservations: In low season, minimum payment of 50% of the total of your reservation. In high season, full payment of the requested stay on the reservation.


Cancellations: Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival full refund of your deposit is made. Canceling of 6 to 0 days prior arrival not refund will be made and will be charged as No Show.


GROUPS:


Reservations: Payment of 50% minimum 30 days before the group's arrival.


Cancellations: Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival full refund of your deposit is made. Cancelling of 14 to 0 days no refund will be made and will be charged as No Show.


Cancellations made 7 days before the date of arrival, will be made full refund of the charge less 3% for administrative charges; And from $ 10,000.00 you will be charged the additional 3% in case of Visa or MasterCard and 5% paying with American Express for bank charges on the total amount of your reservation.


These conditions are not valid if the reservation is of "non-refundable" rates.
